Uptime Guarantee
The Internet is a dynamic space. As such, and as a result of numerous nefarious “agents” who’s sole purpose in life would seem to be to create havoc for those of us who have better things to do, there are no ironclad guarantees of 100% uptime. No one seriously promises that. That being said, what IS promised are best efforts to ensure your service remains available at all times.
A lot of effort goes into protecting your services. From analyzing traffic, using tools and resources to mitigate potential threats, you can be sure the goal is to shield users from those who would do us harm.
But responsibility is a two way street. It is also the responsibility of our clients to follow the recommendations and requests made in order to mitigate the threats (potential or otherwise) that are uncovered. Failure to do so means a risk to continued trouble free service or increased service fees and at worst, service cancellation.
Clients, upon direct (and VERIFIED) notification from SolidHostDesign be sure to act on any requests/recommendations you receive in a timely manner to ensure continued service.
